In many cases, even when we think of home repair, we focus on the areas within the home first. Then turn our attention to parts of the house, and forget the many times that the path is an extension of the house. I know from experience that this is often the case. When we bought our house, we spent the first two years of work at home, painting walls, stripping wallpaper, to replace the carpet. During that period, we spent time landscaping, adding trees and shrubs, annuals, planting perennials, and the inclusion. As with any project worth doing right, we started to search for information, in part to understand how the asphalt, and to understand what was going on the damage. Here are some of what we discovered:

Repair Cracks

1. Combing the area around the crack to remove organic waste and gravel.

9. Put down the asphalt until it is smooth and even with the rest of the surface. Remember, if you use a 4x4 to tamp, the longer pieces, and it will be heavier. And heavier it is, the pressure of pounding the best you will get.

10,. Spray the patch with a layer of sand. This will prevent things from sticking to the asphalt.

11. If it is available to you, pack the bottom of the asphalt with the roller in the garden. This will ensure that the patch is completely level.
